Check out the latest situation regarding CCSI and our friend Asensio.

Asensio made press releases against this company on Tuesday.

On Wednesday the CEO was on CNBC defending the company.

CCSI filed a complaint against Asensio to the SEC and is planning legal action.

You all might want to call Vivus up and tell them to watch this situation so they can learn how to defend the shareholder's interests when things like this happen.
