I would not, along with many others to let a dumb NC supplant my PC. Although I spent the majority of the time on the internet, nevertheless...I don't want to have a machine that does only one thing. As far as the argument goes on the complexity of PC's relative to the avg. user, Gates and Co. are working on making it easier to use
and hiding the complexity from the user interface. They have done a good job so far and the initiative is stronger than ever.
