Hi James,

Unfortunately, stocks that trade an average of half a million shares a day are not going to be influenced by the opinions of any one person on the threads. If you've got a spot on CNBC where you can pump anything you like as many times a day as you like, that's something different.

FWIW you can get inside trading info from insidertrader.com

The free information is about a month late but that's usually good enough for most purposes. Although no S3 insiders have bought any stock on the open market for a VERY long time, there hasn't been a single insider sale for over a year. The folks that have stock and/or are exercising options aren't selling.

I haven't been watching the ticker much lately since it isn't doing anything much worth watching. Just sitting right in the middle of my next target for buying or selling. Real time quotes are worth their weight in gold when you're actively trading and need to fine tune your targets. For in between places it's better to turn them off and sleep late.

Regards,

Don
