Andrea, KN Energy, which is a billion dollar company, has signed an agreement with NAMX to buy all the gas that is produced. KNE is presently building a gathering (pipeline) system for the NAMX Nebraska field and will connect all the wells already drilled and all future wells. cya, Bob This is from a 1-15-98 press release by NAMX: <<The value of the field was estimated at $129,870,000 by Geophysik, GmbH exploration director Dr. Erhard Kohler using the Financial Times, January NTMEX price of $2.22 per MMBTU. As these reservoirs represent approximately 10 percent of the exclusive lease NAMX said that the lease could yield more than $200 million over the next seven to 10 years. The natural gas is being sold to KN Energy (NYSE:KNE - news) under contract for the life of the field. Production began in early January 1998.>>
