Harold,

Very informative message. One thing I have not heard is whether or not the dividend is going to be a cash dividend or a stock dividend. If it is a stock dividend (which supposedly would put some of the stock they repurchased back into friendly hands), how does that affect your analysis? What would that do to people with short positions? Do they then have to come up with 13% more stock (assuming a $0.20/share stock dividend at current prices) to cover their position?
