Sam- you are coming from TC2000 basic- which does not have entire database and is 99 cents per day. Those of us using TA for a while would keep adding stocks until the cost of buying data- 39C per yr per stock would drive up cost of tc2000 basic.
So that TC2000 pro was cheaper and faster and had 10,000 stocks. SO I converted from 10,000 stocks to 10,000 stocks.TCpro- to Qp That way if you ask about XXXX company as a good buy- I can look it up in a second.

Richard had about 4000 active stocks until recently with 8 yrs data active. That would cost $12,480 to buy on TC2000 basic. Plus 99 cents a day. QPlus gives you for 56 cents a day 2 yrs of 10,000 stocks.

So you may hate it now- but as you add stocks you should put the savings in a jar. Example- say you add 10 stocks a week with 2 yrs data. That's $7.80 per wk as compared to TC2000 and .43 cents per day savings on download- anther $2.15. So $9.95 per week. In a year that's $517.

Oh you say you do not activate Richard's buy buy buy candidates each night?
That would be a new 15 stocks at least per day. Now you can soon save enought money to buy GET or a second computer!!!!

But if you like your old 250 stocks and assume that they will be winners for years to come in all markets, then I agree- TC2000 is the way to go.

Remember- hard disk space is very cheap these days.
