TOMAHAWK CONSTRUCTION & BARRICK TO PURSUE CASINO
GAMBLING

ARET announced today that its subsidiary Tomahawk Construction Company and
Barrick Properties L.C. have entered into an agreement to pursue casino gaming
with Indian tribal organizations in North America. Barrick Properties has
been involved in the development of new gaming establishments and other
related ventures since 1988. Barrick Properties has been instrumental in the
formation and development of gaming jurisdictions, as well as site
selection and acquisition in Nevada, South Dakota, Colorado, Mississippi,
Iowa, Illinois and Missouri, with the latest casino development in Kansas
City, Missouri that exceeded $300,000,000. Tomahawk Construction Company
brings its Native American association and experience with Indian Tribal
Organization, to the partnership, along with engineering, design and project
management. As an equity partner, Tomahawk Construction Company will also
provide long term facility maintenance for each project the partnership develops.

ARET is a full service consulting and design/construction firm based in
Lenexa, Kansas specializing in construction management services and economic
development both within and outside the Native American Community.
