Frank, Exactly. Call-Reorg is going to be one of the uses for a Tempest, IMO. The Cycomm announcemnet regarding China, was actually about Call-Reorg. I was told that the folks who took the Tempest back to China, set them up in calling booths, so that people could make phonecalls via Call-Reorg. My question is can this be coupled with the savings of IP so that the price that could be offered is lower that other Call-Reorg?
