I would be buying this stock if I didn't already own it, but I'm looking for an entry for my next lot.... If any bad news comes out, I'll be buying on dips. AS for small/mid cap "growth" funds, I think we're more likely to see it in small/mid cap "value" funds at this point. For example, I noticed in the last report from Fidelity OTC fund, they were owners of MRVC (my wife's 401k plan is partially invested in this fund). Anyway, I think patience will prove to reward.
Look, I'm a money manager, and I don't pretend to know everything about MRVC's technology. There's almost no way for the layman to understand EVERYTHING about it. I do understand their general products, and trust me, by the time I could learn what makes their technology work, it would be WAY too late for me to buy. If I had waited until I knew all of the inner-workings of a computer, I'd have missed a lot of profits in computer component manufacturers. Heck, I'd probably just now be buying--when I should have been selling 8 months ago!
I do, however, really appreciate those on this thread with technical knowledge. It gives me a little more of a comfort level. Thanks guys. greg |
