Isn't this a bit of a stray from their core business? If China's economy keeps booming, cosmetics, especially expensive foreign brands, will sell. But if the economy tanks, and it looks increasingly likely that it will, I would imagine demand for these luxuries will decrease.

Health care should be relatively immune to an economic downturn, though.
