XON has held up very well in the face of declining oil and has simply pulled back on its chart to a good buy level.

OK, but isn't this a bit of a contradiction with P&F basics...or am I confused (likely)??? When I look at XON's DWA chart I see that the RS has been on sell signal since 1989, the RS is currently in a column of O's, and the sector BP is in disarray (risk is Bear Confirmed and falling of late). So, how do we get to recommending XON from P&F perspective? Am I missing something? Thanks, Greg
