Hubert, This is exactly why I have posed the question as to the exact circumstances surrounding how and where Huttoe was rounded up. If Charlie was in the States, it would make him out to be a total idiot. I don't believe he is. If he was in the states, as some of the info I have heard reveals, then one could infer that he is not too worried. Remember, his lawyer said they were "attempting to resolve the dificulties". This does not sound like a man who should have no options. Think about it! Now if he was steaming his way to Tahiti, that would be much different. Let's find out for sure. It would answer many difficult questions. Also, why has the Justice Department NOT been at SEXI with the Yellow tape and empty boxes looking for evidence? Seems strange to me. JILTED but digging
