**Response from Joe Lanza**
Wes,
"Bombshell", "Fat will be in the fire", "Knowing JL, this was a forlorn hope at best". Gee, then I must be the guy who stole my office equipement in the middle of the night. I must have wrote that check that bounced on my Son, and dinged his credit. I then proceded to fire myself, on no grounds. Oh, I forgot, I must been the one who lied and told you that Joe V only released 400,000 shares. I lied because the real amount was 1,680,000, not 400,000. So hey, that god damn JL told us to buy, and JV new the shareholders were pissed. So by releasing the shares, which is Ok by Wes, JV can escape from under JL's tyrannical thumb. Now we have to buy around 4.6 million thanks to JV. Another smart management ploy. Inocent bystander? I am not a bystander in any way, shape, or form. However, just as you guys blast me, I blasted management. I am not inocent or guilty of anything. I tried to wake up Joe V, and my wife tried to wake me up about Joe V. You say that I never say there is a problem? Well, I am telling you about one now. And it is getting bigger every day.
