ON THE FLIP SIDE:Now Caws and Banex know that they are under the eye of the hawk--good!--let them know that they have to cut the crap and roll this thing out--it works and BANX made more than a passing swipe at showing interest in it and its going to happen anyway at some time in the future--cut the bull--get your act together and show the stockholders some action or pay the legal[fees and settlements] cosequences.
