You know all this sure makes it hard to tell friends about MIDL. The few E-mails I've sent out now go something like this....there's this shell that acquired this little company that has an octane booster that was produced but isn't now but it may be soon and some NASCAR guys liked it and Exxon's testing it and recently they've split their preferred shares that pay no dividends and dropped the warrant conversion price, and oh BTW the company's moving and the former CEO now resides in the Bahamas and the FBI...oh, never mind. And the funnier part is I get responses back that say "Nice summary Dave". (Aren't friends wonderful.) Sorry folks. I couldn't help it. DB
