Nose Dive in May

Atlanta, June 9, 1998-RelevantKnowledge(r), Inc., the leading provider of
online marketing intelligence, today announced the Top 25 Web Properties and
Domains for May, as well as the Top 10 Business/ Financial Networks and
Domains below the server level for the first quarter of 1998. The Business/
Financial "vertical analysis" allows RelevantKnowledge customers to look at
data below the "dot.com" level and compare sites of the same genre and
sections within those sites to one another.

"Understanding audience behavior is all about precision. The
RelevantKnowledge technology and methodology were designed with this in mind.

Although the U.S. Treasury sites were among the Top 10 business sites during
Q1, they spiraled downward after tax season. According to the May Web Report,
traffic to ustreas.com dropped 79 percent from April to May. Overall Web
duration and frequency fell slightly in May, with the average Web user
spending 9.1 days and 7.6 hours on the Web during the month, as compared with
9.4 days and 7.9 hours in April.

RelevantKnowledge's May findings also reveal that Warner Bros.' godzilla.com
replaced titanic.com as the most-visited movie site. Godzilla was surpassed
in growth from April to May only by seinfeld.com, whose traffic skyrocketed
from nowhere to 840,000 Unique Visitors.

"Top 25 Dot.com Domains" ranks the most highly trafficked single Web domains
during the May 1998 reporting period (5/4/98-5/31/98) based on Unique
Visitors, a measure developed and first reported to the industry by
RelevantKnowledge that is similar to "cumulative audience" in television
audience measurement. The data is projected to the latest RelevantKnowledge
universe estimate of 57 million Web users in the U.S., aged 12 and older.
