Hi Guys

With regards to the director who recently sold 341,200 shares at $59.25 to $60.25 (approximately $20,460,000).

Apparently he turned around and aquired 122,000 shares using options at prices between $8.17 and $8.75. (approximately $1,067,500). Plus 90,000 shares at unknown prices.
