Zeev,
I'm more familiar with: "Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me."
Bill, Bo, and Spencer realize my frame of mind and what it is that is maintaining my trust in this company. I can forgive engineering delays, bad weather, and other acts of god... I will not tolerate screwing the sharesholders, of whom, Bill and his wife are the largest. I will not endorse REG S deals unless all other means of raising capital have been exhausted, AND THAT is NOT THE CASE with GRNO. They do not believe in REG S deals, especially for microcap companies.
They recognize that only thing that maintains a stock price is the confidence in management and future expectations of its shareholders. Other companies I could name have lost this confidence and correspondently, their inherent value. Bill doesn't plan on making this mistake. He will do everything to HONESTLY boost the stock price. He desires a higher valued stock so that he can follow through on his acquisition strategy without extreme dilution.
I will not endorse reckless money spent solely hyping a stock if the fundamentals don't support it.. (however, nothing keeps from riding on the coattails of a momentum play... :0) The fundamentals of GRNO are improving each and every week, and the real paradigm in this stock will come when the processor is operational. Too many people think that this company is "too good to be true". I thought the same when I first bought my stock back in June. I now understand the industry dynamics of waste oil management enough to see why Bill is as positive as he is.
That is where I differ on Technical and Fundamental analysis. If you understand the fundamentals, the market will eventually catch up to you. I really believe this will be case with GRNO. The only thing I am guilty of is buying the majority of my stock too early.... :0) But then again, I learn something new each and every week and sock it away for future reference.
Regards.
