Had the company not previously indicated "planned merger" there might be some validity to your concerns. I know you're not going to like this, but plans can go astray. A business combination can mean anything. It could mean we're going to pay you for your client list and then be on our way thank you. Then again it could mean a total merger. Either way it goes, it's beginning to look like ESVS is definitely on the winning side in this combination/merger.
