Sam-

Welcome to the qp way. I see from other posts that Andy and Derek have already been answering your questions. Also read the other posts on this thread, and on the other TA threads prior to Andy twisting my arm to start this one. As you will find, there are some glitches with the program and some things the program does not have, but it is still the best way I've found to update, and it should not be too difficult to find a security you like out of the 10k database!!--which is updated every day in really minimal time (a few minutes with a Pentium 133). I do my basic scans in qp, transfer the resulting lists to mswin, and do my further analysis there, to finally get to the few securities I want to examine more closely. I then add historical data from ms 6 year database, and eyeball the charts both in ms and in tc2k. We've already discussed how I do the latter, using datacon. I'm not certain if the back-transfer to tc2k can also be done from WOW, but Andy may know.
