I would like to know the exact date, time, and location of the upcoming court date. In Mel's posting of 11/21 he says "12/8." This has to be a mistake as that is a Sunday. What is the correct date, and what exactly will be accomplished on that date? Also what do we know about the judge Barbara Jones? Does she have a liberal bias which may favor GIFT, or is she more conservative, pro business which may favor the defense.
