Brazil is closed today (as are Chile, Germany ...) for a holiday.
But, I see most so called "diversified" EM funds tracing closely South American country funds in last months. E.g., Templeton's EMF. Either they sold off most of their SAE holdings, or it dropped so much that it does not contribute much to NAV, or both.
