That was the point...It looks like the Banks lost the 'Paper War', but once burned twice shy. It really looks like to me that these Banks are making a serious attempt to control their own destiny on the Digital Front. Couple more 'key' partnerships within the card processors and it will become a brutal uphill battle for MSFDC.

ie...So what MicroSoft has 9 Billion in Cash...Between Visa, MasterCard, American Express we are talking Trillions....and Trillions in transactions. The Banks are just doing what they need to do to regain control.
