Sam, I guess I just don't understand the statistics presented by Stocksmart. How can it be possible that institutions own 59.37% of the stock AND that mgmt holds 39% (As listed in Investors Business Daily)??? This accounts for 98% of all shares. Ans according to Stocksmart, Institutional ownership decreased 1.1% since last reporting period. I find it hard to believe that we all share in 1% of all outstanding shares... Also, isn't it true that the information listed on the Stocksmart page is current as of 6/30/96? They are due for a revision soon. Companies have 45 days after an earnings report to file this information, right? So what we're seeing at Stocksmart has been there since sometime in August (Old news). Maybe I'm wrong, but I never seem to clearly understand the way they report information there... stocksmart.com Ron
