Steven Taylor has no experience with ORS 5th generation swabbers. He would have to meet with Joe Bill Bennett and spend time with him at the Corsicana field before he could he even venture a guess.

Swabbing is not appropriate for every oil well. Its use is dependent upon the characteristics of the individual well, e.g., oil/water mix, depth of the well (the 5th Generation swabber from ORS can handle wells upto 10,000 ft. but depths under 5,000 ft are where swabbing is more appropriate). Contrary to other opinions expressed here swabbing can improve production at free flowing wells.

Further the other swabber manufacturers, Klaeger and Tiger, cannot hold a candle to ORS swabbers. The current 5th generation have a high degree of reliability such that down time is now a fraction of what it was with the Klaeger or Tiger systems.

Weather did play a role with Oilex's swabbing schedule earlier in the year and late last year before they improved the road beds at several fields.
