Thanks but frankly I wished the Chileans would have scored for the third time.

I am saddened, Chile deserved to win.

Actually the referee was somehow "rigoristic" since when he marked the penalty, the ball went to the defender's hand, so there was no "intent" to stop the ball with his hand..... and further it was not a "goal play" so I think the Italians got lucky (Yes Dexter, luck does exists in Soccer).

There was a very close call when the Italians got that free kick towards the end, the Italian forward (do not know his name), missed the header by inches, and then Tapia hit the ball with his fists to save it, then Albertini missed the rebound....

Salas second goal was a GOLAZO !

Wow, I did not know I could still get so ballistic about this game, I guess it is one of those cases of first loves.....

I do enjoy the World Cup.....
