Dear Leo, I just happened across SPCO through my involvement with another company and I was wondering if the merger deal applies to sharehold- ers of record before a certain date or if it applies to anyone who buys before it goes through on 12/31. I'm just starting D.D. on these companies and don't know if I would buy either one but I may be inclined to accelerate the pro- cess if there is a time limit. I 'm working this week in a remote location and can't get to phone during buisness hours otherwise I would'nt bother the thread with what might be a rehash for some. Thanks in advance, paulbk.
