Big Dog, it seems like we have two dynamics going on here. NE is still buying and refurbishing rigs while the near term prospects are out of balance for rig demand. How far are they looking out into the future? Seems pointless to buy and refurbish rigs only to have them sit idle. How long will it be before this rig is available for lease? Any ideas?
