Not knowledgeable of those rules. Perhaps someone has an answer. Don't think if they have been sold or whether they will be sold tomorrow will make a great difference in price immediately. The stock shows strength by holding well in a poor market. Who knows it might have been some negotiated deal by now between the seller and some buyer. Strange things go on behind the scenes (not that such would be illegal). I'm not going to be concerned, not much of a big deal.
