There is a lot in here.
It deals with insider stuff, and also misleading statements, manipulation, etc etc.
Now, who knows what might happen if there is a link established between Mork and various posters?
If there is, I have no idea whether they all come under this jurisdiction. (via the "control" route)
This is something for the SEC to decide.
Get the sections you think are appropriate, and call the SEC and ask.
You will know one way or another.
It doesn't matter what anyone on SI says about it, the opinons of SI posters are of no consequence (generally because they usually don't know jack-s..they only think they do) in legal matters.
