If some people weren't hurting by being long (i'm down myself about 25%) this would be something to feel good about. The tech stocks are certanly emotional.

I don't know if we've reached the stage where the momentum is about to shift. Its going past the stage in the techs were many people look for bargains but I'm not sure it's quite at the stage where some investors finally just give up on being beaten up from being long and "throw in the towel". There should be some great bargains by this summer.

Here's one graph: chart5.bigcharts.com

IDTI is around the low seen in June of 1996. Although the stock was near a peak during a similar calendar period the year before, since then it has made lows around this time. It would sure be good to know if any new insider buys have occured.
