Hi Efrain and all of EPEA, I feel that all we are seeing is a person or persons taking a position. Please see replies #67 and #82 for more explanation in why I feel this is story. Todays volume is up for most of what we have seen in the last few months,but still a very low volume day in comparison to the around 2,000,000 day average it has been in the past.
