Nammir your absolutely right about SGV being difficult to follow, however, they always seem to make good decisions.

In regards to XPG, I have no info.

I work for INCO, and my friend in internal audit told me they picked up 1/3 of all claims the Quebec Government was holding, ie. the discovery site.
