Your right Ron. That is a report based on 6/30/96 figures. It should be updated soon and I should have stated that in my earlier post. The reason for putting that information up was that MRVC is known through the investment circles and to give us an idea of how many shares are held outside those two arenas. I am not exactally sure which report on the insider holdings are correct. I am assuming that the report you have lists Goldman Sachs along with insiders as Stocksmart has done with the 5% interest. If thats true that may explain the discrepency between the numbers of stocksmart vs. IBD. Also I noticed yesterday that some of the figures have been worked on already though they still list 6/30/96 as the last date. I have tried to find additional sources for the past two days and have hit deadends at every turn. I believe the institutional ownership will hold up though to roughly the same percentage. Also in May I believe there were some sales by insiders that also may effect the bottom line percentage but not by much. If anyone else out there could verify Institutional holdings of MRVC please do so. Sam
