Paul, I would agree with you on quite a few of your points (not all that is for sure).

1) When the stock was at $12.5, people should have been either selling what they had in order to realize their gains or shorting if they are into that. In case you want to respond to me that I didnt predict this then look back at my message to Quad on Tuesday when the stock was in the $12s and I congratulated him and others. I told them that this stock will re-enter the $11 range (funny I didnt hear any warnings from you during that time). In fact I predict that this stock will be averaging in the $11 range until mid summer.

2) I agree with your following statement: "The mission is not to beat down voices and turn the thread into an echo of your investment decision. The mission is to gain information to assist you in making a good investmentn decision.". Its too bad that you and Mark dont believe in it. Mark made a blanket generalistic statement. I disagreed with it and provided all the reasons as to why. I wanted clarification as to how he could back up his statement. Instead, he got defensive and did not answer my question. Then you go on the defensive for him. So exactly who is trying to repress open dialogue on the topic of NOVL? Looks like your idea of open dialogue is to present negative non-backed-up views on NOVL (based on a grudge of being burned by the stock) and accuse others that challenge these negative vague comments of squelching dialogue.

3) There is a lot to be learned from people with long term experience on the company. Many on this board have long term experience with NOVL, even if they havent been on this board. As for myself, I have worked with NOVL products since 1985. I have also worked with NOVL's many staff and management via a strategic vendor relationship (referred to as ECP) since 1992. I represent my company to NOVL in the ECP relationship. So calling myself and others on this board new and inexperienced doesnt cut it. The rest of us simply weren't burned by NOVL as bad (or at all) as you Joe, and Mark have.

Its too bad your valuable opinions are tainted by the bad taste left in your mouth from the dark days of NOVL (this also holds true for Mark and - from what I have heard from others - Joe). Because you would truly be able to provide some real value to this board by being just a bit more objective. Put your past with NOVL behind you and mark it up to just a bad experience. Your only hurting yourselves, not the company. But I guess it makes you all feel good.

So I will once again ask Mark via you (since you are his spokesperson). Please clarify and justify your statements on what Propanganda and Rumours kept NOVL afloat over the past 2 years.

All I want is an answer Paul.
