To JDR, et. al..... Nasdaq listing is indeed based on market-cap OR tangible-asset base. Your misinformed rant is no more than the latest short drivel. I suggest you call Hugh Johnson, Arthur Levitt, and Al Gore and complain away. You have absolutely no idea of what you blather when it comes to technology businesses.
