No you aren't Greg but in our business where things must continue moving one must find the best ideas one can. Some investors or professionals who we advise must remain fully invested. Therefore they must look for some safe harbor when things go to defense. The Oil sector is in the 30's which is low. XON's RS is negative because the stock is a relatively slow mover and high div payer. It's kind of defenseive especially when it has pulled back to a support level. Yes you are right in this market one should put the key in the door and go home as we have gone to at least 80% cash in our portfolio's but it is not possible in the professional world. Sometimes one must simply use one's head when making a decision in the market as long as one is relatively close to the rules. Tom
