Steven,

And on AOL's side is the fact that they have over 7,000,000
members. I think that this is a meaningfull number to the
various long distance companies. If one of them (like AT&T
or MCI) were to move to buy AOL, the stock price would go over
the top due to all of the shorts having to cover.
