I spoke to Shelly Wagers today too- right about the same time you did.

She told me about the same thing. Mentioned that they are working at a "reduced" rate. Also while the Samsong Injunction is minor now - she said they are in a friendly court where the judge has been good for them in the past and that they were expanding the patent infringement suit against Samsung- and that if they win that it could involve major dollars.

You recall that they won a preliminary injunction within the past two barring Samsong Electronics from selling some products in this country for patent infringement.

I also asked if there were some major announcements coming soon and she said yes within a week or so.
