Concern about KEA's embedded chip remediation capability

Hi all. Yeah, I posted that KEA press release and I must say, when I first saw it I quickly scanned for the TAVA connection, found none, and didn't like it one bit. The "no competitors" part of the story was very important to me, and if a KEA can jump in and do the embedded chip thing by itself, this would be of real concern to me. Any input on what's going on here would obviously be very valuable.
