I spoke with the company a few days ago and they assured me that everything was on track for a July 10th close....My personal opinion is that this stock will move once news hits...the news about the land deal and also the 10-Q will be out about the same time....I believe the stock will hit $0.50 in short order and possibly $2-$4 in 18mos.
