It appears that had I not filled yesterday I would have been able to buy a few more shares cheaper today. I do believe you are right about the lack of stock out there, but the fact remains that the market makers know how to scrounge it up by dropping the bid and employing "the sky is falling tactic". We could have done without that last sale at the very close but let's see if your assessment regarding the lack of shares available reverses in the AM. Perhaps the MMs' will attempt to cover the positions they "short-sold" throughout the week at these levels. Some positive news would be readily welcome in here.

Today saw some carnage in the overall market with a host of red out there. I have seen a few issues sustain considerable percentage loss damages today and am reminded of a quip from Oscar Wilde that goes something like this... And the bloody sweats and the wild regrets none knew so well as I... for he who lives more lives than one... more deaths than one must die.

I'll bet some forgot that this market could go down. Now it will get really interesting as it becomes a whole different game. Kind of like what we might expect Friday night when the Bulls have the Jazz trapped in the corner so to speak.
