We are nearing the panic-and-capitulation phase. People with cash can pick up terrific companies like ESIO at very low prices if they watch for the worst of it -- getting close here, but ESIO may well sell for below 25 intraday if a fund manager panics, which is entirely possible. Also watch PRIA, ASYT, VECO (and a host of small companies selling at .6x sales and below book). These prices discount two or more years of losses and a worldwide recession.
