But,Larry here's the means:go after CAWS in the discovery process for any memos etc showing bad faith dealings between the RBOC's and CAWS that forced CAWS to do things based on word or deed that was not in good faith from BANX--thats how they pick BANX's pocket.I just do not think it is there--all this is just as a result of having to get a merger out of the way and find out whose turf belongs to who
