I share your enthusiasm, but the company really already announced it had been approved before it had actually been signed, as best as I can tell. We will see how, if at all, they word this "development" if any new announcement comes out.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but the earlier announcement said it was EPA approved rather than as it was, as best as I can tell, officially just "under evaluation". Thus, my earlier confusion and desire to check out the facts.
