Annual Meeting, 9am June 26, 1998, at MCOM HQ. HVN, agree with you that getting rights to use street lights is a loooong process. Wonder what it is like to get an airport covered. Seems to me that more airports should be showing up on the Ricochet coverage list, but they are not. Don't see the Autobahn strategy being a valid reason for cutting back on the airport permissions project. They don't even have Dulles.
