DPMI is pretty much there now, although I could imagine a low of ~31 if things continue to get ugly.

...from your mouth to God's ear! At today's low, we were within 10 pct. of that 'ugly' number!

Many thanks for your thoughtful response. Think I may take a nibble--never have been very successful at pulling the trigger at absolute bottoms...as you well know.
