Also ... I don't see how the combined companies can be accretive so soon ??. Any expenses usually associated with merged companies get eaten up with golden handshakes and redundancy monies. Comments anyone ??.

I am still long, but not as much as I was. I thought this was my future portfolio jewel not so long ago... but now I have more doubts than ever - at least for the next twelve months. Ah well ......
