It is a fairly modest amount. As far as the 12% it does seem a bit high, but I have seen similar rates for other companies. I have heard back from investor relations. They inform me that the money is pegged for existing operations. They also say that some new products will be announced "shortly" (not sure what that means) but that some marketing announcements will be coming in the next few weeks. They also hope to be listed on the OTC BB soon as well. It will be nice to hear some continuous good news. Regards Jay
