Of course not. BUT, investing N micro E&D plays is based on 3Ms: Management, Money in the bank, Metal in the ground. What you have here is severe damage in 2 outta 3, and biiiiiig doubts about anything current mgmt would say about metal in the ground, ANYWHERE, from this point forward. 1)Management utterances' veracity has suffered a severe blow: 2)Tremendous amounts of MONEY has been wasted in pursuit of what they knew a looooooong time ago would never fall their way... 2a)not to speak of the tremendous waste of political capital gathered and now shot in a foreign nation by an outsider... in my opinion, this gnat's been mortally wounded, & one should pick up & move on. Sorry.
